We use a secure website called My Vision Online which provides:

However you will need to register for the service (see below) before you can use it.

How to Register for My Vision Online

We are pleased to offer My Vision Online. This service will allow you to book / cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions with our practice using the internet.

The first thing you need to do is to register your interest in the service with us in one of the following ways:

  1. by phone (01224 780223)
  2. by calling into the medical centre
  3. by emailing us on - portlethen.administrator@remove-this.nhs.net (Please put 'Online appointments/prescriptions registration' in the subject line.)

In all cases please supply:

  • your first name
  • surname
  • date of birth
  • email address

We will then give you the information you will require to complete the registration process online and create your patient account. This information will comprise:

  • Our registration website address
  • Our practice ID
  • Your patient ID
  • Your registration token
  • Registration instructions

Once you have registered you will be able to book, view and cancel appointments online, or order prescriptions from any computer by going to the Appointments page or Prescriptions page on our practice website.

Please note that each family member requires an individual online login and password and hence separate registration.
